About
Hi, I'm Laura! I'm a Wig Artist and licensed Cosmetologist with experience in theatre, film, and live events. I’ve worked as an Assistant Costume Designer, Wig Supervisor, and Wardrobe Supervisor on productions like The Play That Goes Wrong, Kinky Boots, and Knoxville at Clarence Brown Theatre. My film and TV work includes makeup and costume roles in commercial and independent projects, and I’ve served as Hair and Wig Supervisor for Cedar Point’s HalloWeekends. With training in performance makeup, wig ventilating, millinery, and 3D printing, I bring creativity and technical knowledge to every project.
My Story
I have always been captivated by the arts. Growing up just outside of the Music City, I embraced the art and music that surrounded me. My experience has been paved by a true passion for film and theatre. I found that having an artistic career where I collaborated with other artists was the perfect way to express my thoughts, creativity, and imagination. I quickly fell in love with hair, makeup, and costuming of all forms.
